Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT/CANCELATION POLICY
All new clients must submit a $20 non-refundable deposit through Glossgenius at the time of booking or the appointment will not be accepted. It will only be forfeited in the event that you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours.
Any current clients who cancel within 24 hours will be asked to pay 100% of the missed service cost before they can book again.
I have a strict 20 minute grace period.
If you cancel within 24 hours 3 times or more, or if you no-show without any form of communication, you will not be able to rebook with me, no exceptions.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-I do not work over other tech's work.
-No children under 10
-I only accept cash and card payments are subject to a %3.5 fee.
